- Live with Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
- Make time for inward reflection
- Play more games
- No soda, drink water or herbal tea
- Schedule regular chiropractic appointments
- Sleep for 7 hours minimum
- Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
- Quit smoking! Lower alcohol consumption.
